4 Easy Steps
Step 1.
Let us know you'd like our care.
Simply tell the hospice, hospital, care center, or coroner's office that you've chosen Bella Vida. Letting us know ahead of time, if you're able, helps everything go smoothly.
We'll come for your loved one, usually within about an hour
Step 2.
We'll reach out the next business day
We'll contact you to set up a time to talk through the arrangements — in person, or by phone, or online, whichever feels easiest. Together, we'll sign what's needed and take care of payment.
Step 3.
We take care of every detail
From here, we handle the entire cremation process ourselves, along with any additional services you've requested — with close attention and care at every step.
Step 4.
We'll call when it's time to bring them home
Once the cremation is complete, we'll call to schedule a time for you to receive the urn. Your loved one is treated with the greatest respect and care throughout.
