Thomas Alfred Nuebel, Star, Idaho was born on Thursday November 25, 1937 in Saint Paul, Minnesota; he was 82 years of age. His Parents were Thomas Charles Nuebel and Myrtle Gertrude Nuebel.
Christmas day was a quiet day with family, at 9:20 PM Tom passed peacefully at home with the song “Dancing in the Sky” playing softly in the background.
His Careers took him and his family to many places, starting in Duluth, Minnesota, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Spirit Lake, Iowa, Hibbing, Minnesota, Clancy and Helena Montana, Island Park and Treasure Valley, Idaho. Tom loved the west.
His many interests included boats, cars, trucks, trains, picking agates, being with his family and friends.
After retirement, Tom and his wife Judy owned A River Runs By It Lodge in Island Park, Idaho. This was one of his highlights in his career/life besides the love for his family.
Tom is survived by his loving wife Judy of 58 years, with one daughter, Michelle and James Flynn, and two sons, John from Clancy MT and Clint and Apryl from Star Idaho. He also has 5 grandchildren Darryn, Kevyn, Lexi, Crystal Flynn Peters, Stephanie Flynn. He also has 5 loving great grandchildren, Koen Lunger, Kealee Flynn, Kalissa Peters, Kayden Flynn, and Kaliyah Flynn.
Our Dad was not just a father but a best friend. He was a great example as to what a father and grandfather should be.
