Terry Oliver Sherman was born 1961 in New York. He enjoyed a childhood with his sisters Louann and Cyndi as well as his brother Frank. Terry served for 6 years in the US Navy as a machinist mate and made many life long friends. He worked over 30 years as a Journeyman Ironworker traveling around the West. He was a skilled welder/fabricator as well as a skilled auto mechanic. Terry had his own automotive repair shop in Garden City for several years. He loved riding motorcycles and made more than one cross country motorcycle trip. He was blunt, loud and a straight shooter. He was also a kind, caring, honest man whose word was everything. You always knew where he stood on matters.
Terry is survived by his wife, Cara, daughter Meghan , son Brandon, stepson Casey and 7 grandchildren.There will be no service, as Terry wished to be cremated and spread on his favorite mountain.Until we meet again my ❤️
