Patricia Faye Bever, 63, passed away on July 2nd 2016 after fighting a hard battle against Pulmonary Hypertension and gallbladder complications.
Trish was born March 20th, 1953, in San Fernando, California to Melva Faye Rooke of the Hells Canyon and Ronald Keith Bever of Idaho. She spent her youth training horses, cowboying and enjoying the outdoors. She was a gypsy traveller whose curiosity always took her around the next bend. Compassion for the open pastures, beautiful mountains and pristine clear water brought her to the Sawtooth mountains and Wood River Valley which became her home.
She turned her passion for horses and the countryside into a profession as a horse trainer and owner of outfitting company.
In her spare time she participated in writing cowboy poetry, reading books, sharing stories and enjoying the great outdoors.
She is survived by her daughter, Lona Malone; brother’s Bruce Bever of Salmon, Idaho and Brad Bever of McCall, Idaho. She will be missed and forever in our hearts!
A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday August 6th in Boise Idaho at Addies on 5th and Main at 5 p.m. Casual comfortable dress attire, pictures and stories welcome.
