Jordon Myers-Rose

–

MERIDIAN, Idaho

Jordon Stanford Myers-Rose, aka “JJ,” grew his wings on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at St. Alphonsus Hospital in Boise, Idaho, after injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.

Jordon was born on March 21, 2006, in Twin Falls, Idaho. From a young age, Jordon was infatuated with the outdoors. He grew up the way any homegrown Idaho boy should—outside, grass-stained, and covered in dirt. You’d frequently find Jordon in the backwoods with his dad, hunting or riding his four-wheeler. His love of four-wheeling instilled a need for speed, and by age 14, he shifted into go-kart racing. He raced competitively throughout the Pacific Northwest and Texas, standing taller with every race as he climbed the podium.

Jordon and his mother’s most cherished memories of his childhood started early. He was born the year Cars came out, which seemed to inspire his life’s passion. It started with identifying cars on the road and evolved into knowing every detail of an engine bay by middle school. Annual road trips to Montana became one of his favorite traditions. From the road trip playlists to time spent with family and friends and riding the Hiawatha Trail, he loved every bit of it. Family and friends recall the most meaningful conversations with Jordon, more often than not, happened in the car—even after it had already parked.

During his freshman year of high school, Jordon attended Rocky Mountain High School in Meridian, Idaho. He later transferred to Owyhee High School, where he graduated in 2024. His contagious smile and captivating personality helped him form lifelong friendships both in and out of the classroom.

After graduating, Jordon moved on from grass stains to grease stains, working full time at Les Schwab Tire Center in Eagle, Idaho. He made it his mission to serve others and keep their vehicles running strong. He knew how to work hard. His coworkers remember him as the glue that kept his team together and on task, no matter how tough the job. He stood out among the crew, always wearing a bright smile that somehow brought a radiant glow to his grease-stained shirt.

When Jordon wasn’t in the tire shop, he enjoyed the company of countless friends in the local car and motorcycle communities. You’d find him cruising with the Audi club to Bruneau Dunes or riding his motorcycle to Idaho City, surrounded by friends who shared the same passion for motorsports. Jordon did it differently than the rest, though. He always had the best co-pilot in the group—his mom, Shawna, who was subsequently promoted to “Audi Mom.”

Jordon will be greeted with open arms in heaven by his Aunt Tammy, Grandpa Larry, Papa Stan, Aunt JoAnn, Uncle Bert, and Papa Em. He is survived by his loving parents, Shawna Myers and Troy & Callie Rose; his grandmother, Karyl Suiter; his aunt and uncle, Karen and Mearl Royse; his dogs, Gracie and Rossi; his cat, Teagan; and many of his closest friends.

Jordon will be remembered for his love, hard work, and unrivaled humor. He was a giver who always put others’ needs above his own. We ask that you share your love and heartfelt memories of Jordon on this page for the family to hold close and cherish until we meet again.
