Obituary
Frances Lois Harwell was born April 1939, the oldest of 8 children of Roy and Alta Tarrant. She was followed in turn by Terry Tarrant (deceased), Candace Sullivan of Caldwell, Timothy Tarrant (deceased), Ronald Tarrant (deceased), Cathy Bradley of Craigmont, Chris Bell of Twin Falls and Tammy Tarrant of Boise.
Francie knew from an early age that she would be a nurse. She had a number of jobs that allowed her to attend and graduate from St. Alphonsus School of Nursing
She married John Harwell August 1961 and had two children, Scott and Natalie in the next years.
Her son Scott married Brenda and they gave her two grandchildren Tristen and Toren. Natalie married Pat Roark and parented her with a grandson Griffin. She was also blessed with a great grandchild, Miles.
Francie died 2-15-2021 at St Lukes Hospital in Meridian. She died as she lived, on her own terms. She was strong and brave to the end. There will be a viewing and short memorial service on Friday 2-19-2021 at Bella Vida Funeral Home located at 9661 W. Chinden Blvd, Garden City, ID 83714 from 5-6pm. Casual dress please.

Francie was the one of the best, caring, great sense of humor and loved her friends and family. She cared about her patients and her co-workers and was a great nurse. I shall never forget the fun we had and will miss her smile and laughter.
Oh Francie we all loved you so! You were the kindest, nicest, fun person to know. We will all miss you! We didn’t even know you were ill. It is hard to say good bye. Lots of Love.
