Dale Wayne Allen, 60, passed away September 13th, 2016 in his Boise, Idaho home. Dale was born July 25th, 1956 in Spokane, Washington to Warren and Audrey Allen. The family settled in Dillon, Montana where Dale was raised by his mother and step-father, Walt Hungate. Dale graduated from Beaverhead High School in 1974. Dale and his wife Kay moved to Idaho in 1977. He worked as Sales & Service Manager for GE Supply/GexPro for nearly 40 years where he was well liked by clients and colleagues. He retired in 2015. A lifelong football fan, Dale was also a talented golfer and when younger, an avid water skier. His love of sports & the outdoors was passed on to his sons.
Dale leaves his three sons: Kevin Allen (Mindi), Kelly Allen, and Daniel Johnson (Crystal); his granddaughter, Rylee; his sisters Sharon Delcomte (Larry) and Sheila Merrell (Paul); his brothers Ron Allen (Julie) and Gary Allen (Anna); plus loved half & step siblings, nieces, and nephews.
A service will be held Saturday, October 8th at 1:00 PM at Bella Vida Funeral Home, 9661 W Chinden Blvd, Boise, ID 83714. A small reception will follow at 5121 W Chinden Blvd, Boise, ID, 83714 (Pro Care).
