Anthony J. Spillane

Anthony J. Spillane, 68. passed away peacefully in the late hours of Friday, March 23, 2018, at his residence at Edgewood Spring Creek Memory Care on McMillan Road in Boise where he was lovingly cared for by hospice and the Spring Creek staff and residents. In keeping with Anthony’s wishes, a Buddhist service and cremation will be arranged by the Boise Dharma Center to be held at the Bella Vida Funeral Home and Crematorium in Boise.  Memorial contributions may be made to any of the following:  Vajra Vidya Retreat Center P. O. Box 1083, Crestone, CO  81131, the Self-Realization Fellowship, the Crestone End of Life Project, Crestone, Colorado, and/or the Boise Dharma Center. He is survived by his sisters, Margaret Roberts (David) of NC, and Catherine Spillane of TX, and his brothers, John Spillane of UT, and Thomas Spillane (Brenda) of GA.  He is predeceased by his parents, John H. Spillane and Margaret Ruddy Spillane, his younger brother, Patrick D. Spillane, and nephew Jeremy Spillane Brown. He leaves behind 16 nieces and nephews and 62 grand-nieces and grand-nephews who love him and await a grand reunion in the next life.
